Overview
In February–March 2026, we submitted applications to two competitive programs supporting innovative ventures in Poland. Both are run through the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) ecosystem and target early-stage companies with high-growth potential.
IDEA Global Accelerator
Submitted: 28 February 2026 Programme: IDEA Global — Accelerator for innovative companies Applicant: INOV Sp. z o.o. (operating entity) Results expected: April 2026
IDEA Global supports companies with existing operations looking to scale. Our application presented LastLanding as a circular economy venture addressing the gap in aircraft end-of-life management in Central and Eastern Europe.
The application was strengthened by our Letter of Intent with Politechnika Rzeszowska — signed just days before the deadline — which demonstrates academic backing for the R&D component of our work.
HugeTECH Revolution
Submitted: 13 March 2026 Programme: Platformy Startowe — Component I: Incubation Reference: FEPW.01.01-IP.01-0367/26
HugeTECH focuses on developing new business concepts from the ground up. Our application covers the incubation phase — validating the business model, building the team, and preparing for market entry.
Why Both?
The two programs serve different purposes and can be combined sequentially:
- IDEA Global = accelerating an existing company with a proven concept
- HugeTECH = incubating a new venture with dedicated support structure
Both programs provide mentoring, market validation support, and potential funding — but from different angles. Having both applications in play maximizes our chances of securing early-stage support.
What This Means
These applications are part of a broader funding strategy that includes EU programmes (LIFE), national R&D incentives (ulga B+R, IP Box), and regional investment support (PSI). Aircraft dismantling and recycling is capital-light in the early stages — our Phase 1 model requires leased space, basic tools, and a small skilled team.
We’ll share results as they come in.
