Services
End-of-life aircraft
management
From assessment through parts-out disassembly, structural dismantling, and material recovery. Full documentation, regulatory compliance, and traceability at every step.
Aircraft Disposal
For aircraft owners, operators & insurers
Retired, damaged, or grounded aircraft taking up hangar space? We provide professional end-of-life disposal with complete regulatory compliance and documentation.
What we handle:
- ▶ Condition assessment and photographic documentation
- ▶ Hazardous materials identification and safe removal
- ▶ Systematic parts-out disassembly with full traceability
- ▶ Structural dismantling and material segregation
- ▶ BDO reporting, waste documentation, mass balance report
Parts Recovery
For MROs, operators & parts traders
Every aircraft we dismantle yields recoverable components. We catalog, store, and make available parts from each operation — with documentation on condition and provenance.
Component categories:
- ▶ Engines and engine components
- ▶ Avionics, instruments, and electronics
- ▶ Landing gear, wheels, and brakes
- ▶ Structural elements and control surfaces
- ▶ Interior components and furnishings
Parts are sold on consignment or as-removed basis. Condition documented per teardown report.
Process
Four-step methodology
Every unit follows a documented, repeatable procedure validated through proof-of-concept teardowns.
Assessment
Condition survey, documentation review, photographic baseline. Hazardous materials identification. Work order creation with scope and timeline.
Disassembly
Parts-out: systematic removal of reusable components. Non-destructive extraction, identification tagging, full traceability chain.
Dismantling
Structural breakdown into material fractions. Alloy identification via XRF (Phase 2). Segregation into 8+ material categories.
Reporting
Full teardown report: mass balance, material recovery rates, photographic documentation, component inventory, BDO compliance.
