Methodology

Disassembly & dismantling process

Every unit follows a documented, repeatable procedure — from assessment through parts-out disassembly and structural dismantling to final reporting.

01 WO-ASSESS

Assessment

Condition survey, documentation review, photographic baseline. Hazardous materials identification and work order creation.

02 WO-DISASM

Disassembly

Parts-out: systematic removal of reusable components — engines, avionics, instruments, landing gear. Non-destructive extraction, full traceability.

03 WO-DISMNT

Dismantling

Structural breakdown into material fractions — aluminium alloys, steel, titanium, copper, composites. Alloy identification and segregation.

04 WO-REPORT

Reporting

Full teardown report with mass balance, material recovery data, photographic documentation, and component inventory.
